12月4日(木)11:00～15:00（PHT）、フィリピン・マニラにて「Award 2025」が開催されました。
Award 2025は、弊社と提携するマンニング会社に所属する船員を対象に、永年勤続者およびその年に優秀な成果を残した船員を表彰する年に一度の式典です。

今年2025年の受賞者は以下の通りです。

  • 20年勤続賞：1名
  • 15年勤続賞：1名
  • 10年勤続賞：7名
  • 2025年優秀船員賞：5名

合計14名

20 Years Service Awardee 2025 ～ Words of Gratitude ～　

With profound respect and heartfelt appreciation, I extend my sincerest gratitude for bestowing upon me the 20-YEAR SERVICE AWARD during the ECLSM Crew Excellence Awards 2025. This distinguished recognition marks a significant milestone in my professional journey and stands asa testament to the enduring values of excellence, integrity, and dedication that our organization embodies.

Serving the company has been both an honor and a solemn responsibility. Over the past two decades, I have been priveleged to lead and work alongside exceptional individuals whose commitment and professionalism have inspired me everybod. This award is not solely a personal achievement- it reflects the collective effort, trust, and unwavering support of my colleagues and the leadership of ECLSM.

I am deeply grateful for the oppurtunities afforded to me throughout these years, and for the confidence placed in my ability to uphold the highest standards of maritime service.

I would like to thank ECLSM for the recognition, it is my pride and honor to be a part of this prestigious company. This would not be possible without the support of my family, colleague and leaders/senior officer. I am looking forward to many more years of shared success. 

I am deeply honored and thankful to Cordial Shipping My Company and our principal Eastern Car Liner (ECLSM) for this 10 years Service Award. This recognition means so much to me – it represents not just the years I’ve Served at sea, but also the trust, guidance, and opportunities the company has given me. Through every voyage, I’ve learned the true meaning of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. I’m proud to belong to the Cordial Shipping and ECLSM  family, where I’ve grown both as a seafarer and as a person. Thank you very much for the continued Support and confidence. I will carry this honor with pride and remain committed to giving my best in all future voyages. As we celebrate this Christmas season, I take this moment to give thanks for all the opportunities and for being part of a company that values its people. Good Day Everyone…

Being here today in spirit fills me with deep gratitude and joy. To be recognized after nearly 30 years in this agency, an agency built on fairness , trust and genuine connection is both humbling and heartwarming.

When I first started, I never imagined that the years would pass so quickly. What began is simply doing my job ensuring every shipment was handled with care, every client treated with respect, and every colleague supported became something much deeper. It became a lifelong commitment to service, to integrity and to people. In these three decades, I’ve learned that being in Cordial and Fair Shipping is not just good practice, rather it is the foundation of lasting relationships. It is what turns co-workers into family, clients into friends, and work into something meaningful.

I have seen this agency grow, evolve, and face challenges but one thing has remained constant; our shared dedication to ding things the right way, with honesty and heart . And for that I am proud to have stood beside each of you, proud to have played my small part in our story. Of course, none of this would have been possible without my family. To my loved ones , thank you for your endless patience, encouragement  and love. You are my source of strength and the reason I can give my best every single day. Your support through long hours, busy seasons, and challenges has meant everything. This award is not mine alone, it belongs to all of you too. To my colleagues, mentors, and everyone who has been part been part of this journey, thank you.
